TEND is an online Masterclass, with 2 classes each class running at 90 minutes. TEND is for the leader or caretaker who wants to avoid burnout and reduce overwhelm; who wants to lead from a center that knows how to restore and return to clarity after holding and supporting others. Participants will learn practices to prepare their nervous system for facilitating and leading in various capacities. They will learn some foundational science and theory in order to understand how the practices work, so that they can be adapted to personal and professional goals/circumstances.
